Common issues with outlets:
- Check that all breakers are in the “ON” position (if breaker switch seems to be tripped, switch to off and then back on again)

- Check that all GFCIs are reset (i.e., kitchen and bathroom) by pressing the ‘Reset’ button
directly on the outlet

- Check that outlet is not operated by a wall switch within the same room
- When resetting a tripped breaker please ensure all items are unplugged from the circuit before
resetting the breaker.
Common issues with lights:
- Check that all breakers are in the “ON” position (if breaker switch seems to be tripped, switch
to off and then back on again) - Check that light bulb is not burnt by replacing with another bulb or testing the bulb in another
location. - Please check and ensure the light bulbs are not burnt. Light bulbs DO NOT fall under
builder warranty and may result in a service call charge.
